The chain break protection device monitors the rotational speed of the driven shaft. When the rotational speed of the driven shaft reaches the set value (80% of the normal rotational speed of the driven shaft), the chain break protector activates, outputting a switch signal to control the driving motor to stop running, thereby protecting the equipment and issuing audible and visual warnings to alert the operator to handle the fault.

When the frequency of the pulse signal is lower than the set value, the SCD-10 break-chain protector acts and outputs a switch signal to control the driving motor to stop running, thus protecting the device. The SCD-10 chain breaker will lock itself when it operates. At this time, even if the speed sensor has normal pulse input, the protector is in alarm protection state. Short press the reset key to reset the protector.
