        80G调频雷达液位计是专为复杂工业测控场景设计的高精度物位测量设备,可适配各类防爆等级(Ex d ia IIC T6 Gb等)的危险场所,广泛应用于液位、料位及距离的连续测控。凭借非接触式微波探测技术,该仪表无需与被测介质直接接触,相较于传统接触式测量仪器,更能适应高粉尘、强蒸汽、高低温交变、腐蚀性气体侵蚀、介质飞溅搅拌等恶劣工况,且具备无介质污染、维护频次低、运行可靠性高、使用寿命长等核心优势。其应用场景覆盖新能源(锂电材料、光伏硅料)、石油化工、矿山选矿、电力(核电、光伏电站)、市政水务、环保治理(垃圾渗滤液处理)、制药化工、食品加工(烘焙原料、粮油仓储)、港口仓储等行业;同时可拓展应用于工业物料堆高检测、罐体容量计量、明渠水位监测、道路限高预警、防汛水文测报、集装箱高度检测等特殊测控需求场景。

        The 80G frequency modulation radar level gauge is a high-precision level measurement device specially designed for complex industrial measurement and control scenarios. It can be adapted to various explosion-proof grades (such as d, ia, IIC, T6Gb, etc.) in hazardous locations and is widely used in continuous measurement and control of liquid level, material level and distance. With non-contact microwave detection technology, this instrument does not need to come into direct contact with the medium being measured. Compared with traditional contact measuring instruments, it is more adaptable to harsh working conditions such as high dust, strong steam, alternating high and low temperatures, corrosive gas erosion, and medium splashing and stirring. Moreover, it has core advantages such as no medium pollution, low maintenance frequency, high operational reliability, and long service life. Its application scenarios cover industries such as new energy (lithium battery materials, photovoltaic silicon materials), petrochemicals, mining and mineral processing, power (nuclear power, photovoltaic power stations), municipal water affairs, environmental protection (landfill leachate treatment), pharmaceuticals and chemicals, food processing (baking raw materials, grain and oil storage), and port storage.         雷达液位计核心依托脉冲多普勒雷达测量原理,由仪表内置的高频发射模块驱动天线向被测介质表面发射窄脉冲微波信号。微波信号以光速在空间中传播,当接触到被测介质(液体、固体颗粒、浆料等)表面时,因介质介电常数与空气存在差异,会发生反射现象,反射后的回波信号被天线接收并传输至信号处理模块。
        信号处理模块对发射脉冲与接收回波的时间差进行精准计算,结合微波传播速度(恒定光速),通过核心算法换算得出测量距离。其核心计算公式为:S = C×T/2(其中S为雷达探头至介质表面的距离,C为微波传播速度,T为微波信号往返传播时间)。
        由于发射的微波脉冲存在固有信号宽度,在距离探头极近的区域内,发射脉冲与反射回波会发生叠加干扰,导致该区域内的信号无法被有效识别,此区域即为测量盲区。盲区范围与仪表发射频率、天线设计相关,该产品通过优化天线结构与信号滤波算法,可将盲区控制在极小范围,适配小量程、近距离的精准测量需求。
        需特别说明的是,微波信号传播不受环境温度、湿度、气压及粉尘浓度变化的影响,无需额外增设温湿度补偿装置;仅在极端高低温(-40~250℃)工况下,仪表内置的腔体温度校准模块会自动对信号进行微调,确保全工况下的测量精度稳定。

        The core of the radar level gauge relies on the pulse Doppler radar measurement principle. The high-frequency transmission module built into the instrument drives the antenna to emit narrow pulse microwave signals to the surface of the measured medium. Microwave signals travel in space at the speed of light. When they come into contact with the surface of the medium being measured (such as liquids, solid particles, slurries, etc.), due to the difference in dielectric constant between the medium and air, a reflection phenomenon occurs. The reflected echo signal is received by the antenna and transmitted to the signal processing module.
        The signal processing module precisely calculates the time difference between the transmitted pulse and the received echo, combines the microwave propagation speed (constant light speed), and converts it through the core algorithm to obtain the measurement distance. The core calculation formula is: S = C×T/2 (where S is the distance from the radar probe to the medium surface, C is the microwave propagation speed, and T is the round-trip propagation time of the microwave signal).
        Due to the inherent signal width of the emitted microwave pulse, in the area extremely close to the probe, the emitted pulse and the reflected echo will undergo superimposed interference, resulting in the signal in this area being unable to be effectively identified. This area is the measurement blind zone. The blind zone range is related to the instrument's transmission frequency and antenna design. This product can control the blind zone within an extremely small range by optimizing the antenna structure and signal filtering algorithm, meeting the precise measurement requirements of small ranges and short distances.
        It should be particularly noted that the propagation of microwave signals is not affected by changes in environmental temperature, humidity, air pressure or dust concentration, and there is no need to add additional temperature and humidity compensation devices. Only under extreme high and low temperature conditions (-40℃ to 250℃), the built-in cavity temperature calibration module of the instrument will automatically fine-tune the signal to ensure stable measurement accuracy under all working conditions.

MDR-800CD 80G调频雷达液位计安装方式/Installation method of 80G frequency modulation radar level gauge:

        雷达液位计安装方式灵活,可根据现场工况(敞开/密闭、罐体/池体/料仓)选择对应方案,核心安装原则为:雷达天线发射面需垂直于被测介质表面,且发射路径无遮挡、无障碍物(如搅拌桨、进料管、爬梯等),避免微波信号被遮挡或反射干扰。
        1.敞开式场景(如露天水池、明渠、敞开料仓):采用支架式安装,利用仪表自带的安装底座与配套螺栓,将仪表固定在预设支架上,调节支架角度确保天线垂直于液面/料面。
        2.密闭式场景(如压力储罐、密闭料仓):采用法兰式安装,在罐体顶部预设安装口处安装配套法兰,将仪表通过法兰螺栓紧固,确保安装接口密封良好(适配工况压力≤1.6MPa);若安装空间受限,可选用侧装式法兰支架,调整天线角度确保信号覆盖被测区域。
        3.特殊场景(如小口径罐体、粘稠介质储罐):采用插入式安装,选择适配口径的安装套管,将仪表探头插入套管内并固定,套管需延伸至罐体内部合适位置,避免介质粘附遮挡探头。

        The installation method of the radar level gauge is flexible. According to the on-site working conditions (open/closed, tank/pool/silo), the corresponding scheme can be selected. The core installation principle is: the transmitting surface of the radar antenna should be perpendicular to the surface of the measured medium, and the transmitting path should be unobstructed and free of obstacles (such as stirring blades, feeding pipes, ladders, etc.) to avoid the microwave signal being blocked or reflected and interfered.
        1. Open scenarios (such as open-air water tanks, open channels, and open silos) : Adopt a bracket installation method. Use the installation base and matching bolts provided by the instrument to fix the instrument on the preset bracket. Adjust the Angle of the bracket to ensure that the antenna is perpendicular to the liquid surface/material surface.
        2. Closed scenarios (such as pressure storage tanks and closed silos) : Flange installation is adopted. Install the matching flange at the preset installation opening on the top of the tank body, and fasten the instrument through the flange bolts to ensure good sealing of the installation interface (suitable working condition pressure ≤1.6MPa). If the installation space is limited, a side-mounted flange bracket can be selected, and the antenna Angle can be adjusted to ensure that the signal covers the measured area.
        3. Special scenarios (such as small-diameter tanks and viscous medium storage tanks) : Insert installation is adopted. Select an installation sleeve of the appropriate diameter, insert the instrument probe into the sleeve and fix it. The sleeve should extend to an appropriate position inside the tank to prevent the medium from adhering and blocking the probe.
