ZCS-10L断链保护装置是由ZCS-10L断链保护器及转速传感器组成,其广泛应用于双链条预埋刮板机、斗式提升机、带式输送机、链式输送机等具有从动轴的输送设备上。该断链保护装置由断链保护器、转速传感器组成,通过对保护器中单片机编程来实现装置对输送设备进行实时转速的监测与保护功能。该装置还可根据客户需求选配显示屏及4—20mA模拟量输出接口。
The ZCS-10L chain break protection device is composed of the ZCS-10L chain break protector and the speed sensor. It is widely used in conveyor equipment such as double-chain pre-installed scraper conveyors, bucket elevators, belt conveyors, and chain conveyors with driven shafts. This chain break protection device consists of the chain break protector and the speed sensor. The device realizes the real-time monitoring and protection function of the conveying equipment by programming the single-chip microcomputer in the protector. This device can also be equipped with a display screen and 4-20mA analog output interface according to customer requirements.

断链保护装置工作原理:
当输送设备启动运行时,断链保护装置根据拨码开关1、2设置故障判定时间,当断链保护器启动端检测到运行信号后,处理器自动采集设备运行时的转速,作为设备正常工作的基准转速。在之后的运行过程中,程序一直监控设备的实时转速,当实时转速小于设定故障值时,装置输出故障信号。当接入双链条刮板检测时,可通过程序设置2路输入信号差动报警时间(默认≤1S),可有效的检测链条断链及倾斜。当设置的断链故障值<实时转速值<报警转速值时,报警继电器动作输出报警信号(实时转速恢复到正常时,报警继电器自恢复)。当实时转速值<设置的断链故障值时,故障继电器动作输出断链故障信号(故障继电器自锁,需人工复位)。断链保护装置记忆第一次测得的基准转速,在以后设备的正常启停与运行中自动与测得的实时转速进行比较。当保护装置发出断链故障信号并被复位或断电后,在下一次设备启动时将重新自动测量基准转速。
Working principle of belt break protection device:
When the conveying equipment starts to operate, the chain break protection device sets the fault determination time based on the code switches 1 and 2. When the start end of the chain break protector detects the running signal, the processor automatically collects the rotational speed of the equipment during operation as the reference rotational speed for the normal operation of the equipment. During the subsequent operation, the program continuously monitors the real-time rotational speed of the equipment. When the real-time rotational speed is less than the set fault value, the device outputs a fault signal. When dual-chain scraper detection is connected, the program can set the differential alarm time for 2 input signals (default ≤ 1S), which can effectively detect chain breakage and inclination. When the set fault value for chain breakage is less than the real-time rotational speed value and is greater than the alarm rotational speed value, the alarm relay operates to output an alarm signal (the alarm relay self-releases when the real-time rotational speed returns to normal, and needs to be reset manually). When the real-time rotational speed value is less than the set fault value for chain breakage, the fault relay operates to output a chain break fault signal (the fault relay is self-locked and needs to be reset manually). The chain break protection device remembers the reference rotational speed measured for the first time, and automatically compares it with the measured real-time rotational speed during the normal start-stop and operation of the equipment in the future. When the protection device outputs a chain break fault signal and is reset or powered off, it will automatically measure the reference rotational speed again when the equipment starts next time.
