基本介绍/Basic introductionMDR-SCD-10-C 传输机断链保护器内置接近开关,本开关转动轴插入传动轴内,传输机的轴起转动,然后通过接近开关感应到的开关量信号输入到PLC中,也可以直接用复位器控制,本产品对传输机的电机及机械传动装置常出现的堵转、卡转、超载、慢转,链条打滑、传动链(带)脱落、传动轴断裂等电气及工艺出现的故障均能有效及时的处理,发出开关量信号。

       MDR-SCD-10-C 传输机断链保护器是针对带式输送机、链式输送机等有从动轴的输送设备而开发设计的。输送机正常工作时,其从动轴随主动轴一同旋转,从动轴保持某一转速,当断链、断带、打滑等故障发生时,其从动轴转速大辐下降甚至为零。断链保护器监测从动轴转速,当从动轴转速于设定值(从动轴正常转速的80)时,断链保护器动作,输出一开关信号,用于控制驱动电机停止运行,从而保护设备,并发出声光警示,提示操作人员处理故障。

        The chain break protector for MDR-SCD-10-C conveyor is developed and designed for conveyor with driven shaft, such as belt conveyor and chain conveyor. When the conveyor is working normally, its follower axis rotates with the active axis, and keeps a certain speed from the follower axis. When chain breaking, band breaking, slipping and other faults occur, the speed of the follower axis decreases sharply or even to zero. The chain breaker monitors the speed of the follower shaft. When the speed of the follower shaft is above the set value (80 of the normal speed of the follower shaft), the chain breaker acts and outputs a switch signal to control the stop of the drive motor, thus protecting the device and giving an acoustic-optical warning to prompt the operator to handle the failure.

传输机断链保护器组成:

       德克西尔的SCD-10断链保护器主要由SCD-1速度传感器和保护器组成。SCD-1速度传感器为一电磁感应式脉冲信号发生器。SCD-1速度传感器安装于输送机从动轴 上,随从动轴一起旋转,将从动轴的旋转 速度信号变换成脉冲信号,脉冲信号的频率与从动轴的转速成正比。德克西尔SCD-1速度传感器是一脉冲频率检测器,安装于就地电控箱或集控室内。SCD-10断链保护器接收速度传感器的信号,并检测脉冲信号的频率,当脉冲信号频率低于设定值时,SCD-10断链保护器动作,输出一开关信号,用于控制驱动电机停止运行,从而保护设备。SCD-10断链保护器动作后会自锁,此时即使速度传感器有正常脉冲信号输入,保护器也处于报警保护状态,短按复位键,让保护器复位。

       The SCD-10 Chain Break Protector of Texel consists mainly of SCD-1 speed sensor and protector. The SCD-1 speed sensor is an electromagnetic induction pulse generator. The SCD-1 speed sensor is mounted on the follower shaft of the conveyor and rotates with the follower shaft. It transforms the rotation speed signal of the follower shaft into a pulse signal. The frequency of the pulse signal is proportional to the speed of the follower shaft. The Dexcill SCD-1 speed sensor is a pulse frequency detector, which is installed in an in-place electronic control box or centralized control room. The SCD-10 break-chain protector receives the signal from the speed sensor and detects the frequency of the pulse signal. When the frequency of the pulse signal is lower than the set value, the SCD-10 break-chain protector acts and outputs a switch signal to control the driving motor to stop running, thus protecting the device. The SCD-10 chain breaker will lock itself when it operates. At this time, even if the speed sensor has normal pulse input, the protector is in alarm protection state. Short press the reset key to reset the protector.

传输机断链保护器工作原理:

       传输机断链保护器安装在被传动轴旁,被传动轴装有检测片。当电动机运转时,通过传动装置驱使被传动轴转动,被传动轴上的检测片也随之转动。旋转探测仪接收到检测片的均匀间隔脉冲信号,此时旋转探测仪为闭合状态,通过串接中间继电器的自保触头使交流接触器吸合,交流接触器主触头闭合使电机转动。当设备发生卡转,堵转、皮带打滑、传动带脱落故障时,被传动轴将慢转或停转,此时检测片也随之慢转或停转,断链保护器将接收不到检测片的均匀间隔脉冲信号。在工艺时间内(5秒)未接收到转动信号,旋转探测仪将由闭合状态转为断开,中间继电器也断开,交流接触器断开及时停机,可靠的保护设备(此产品接收检测片转动信号与电机大小无关)。


How the chain breaker protector works:

      The transmission chain breaker protector is installed next to the drive shaft, and the drive shaft is equipped with a check piece. When the motor is running, the drive shaft is driven to rotate by the drive device, and the detection chip on the drive shaft is also rotated. The rotating detector receives the uniform interval pulse signal of the detection chip. At this time, the rotating detector is closed. The AC contactor is sucked up by connecting the self-protecting contacts of the intermediate relay in series. The main contacts of the AC contactor are closed to make the motor rotate. When the device is jammed, blocked, belt slipped, and the drive belt falls off, the drive shaft will rotate or stop slowly. At this time, the test piece will also rotate or stop slowly, and the chain breaker protector will not receive the uniform interval pulse signal of the test piece. During the process time (5 seconds) no rotation signal is received, the rotation detector will change from closed state to disconnected, the intermediate relay will also be disconnected, the AC contactor will be disconnected and shut down in time, reliable protection equipment (this product receives the rotation signal of the detection chip independent of the size of the motor).

调试方法/Debugging Method
1、安装好保护器和速度传感器,按图接好线后,检查接线无误。/Install the protector and speed sensor and check if the wiring is correct after connecting according to the diagram.

2、接通电源,启动主机,约 15 秒后待设备速度正常后,按住设定/复位键2秒,指示灯闪烁,断链保护器进入智能设定状态,设定完成后自动进入运行状态。/Switch on the power supply and start the host machine. After about 15 seconds, wait for the device speed to be normal, press and hold the setting/reset key for 2 seconds, the indicator flashes, the chain breaker protector enters the intelligent setting state, and automatically enters the running state after the setting is completed.
