        雷达水位计传感器是26GHz高频雷达式水位测量仪表,测量最大距离可达70米。天线被进一步优化处理,新型的快速的微处理器可以进行更高速率的信号分析处理,使得仪表可以用于非常复杂的测量条件。
  雷达水位计采用高频微波脉冲发射较窄的微波脉冲,经天线向下传输,微波接触到被测介质表面后被反射回来,再次被天线系统接收并将其传输给电子线路部分自动转换成水位信号。(因为微波传播速度极快,微波到达目标并经反射返回接收器这一来回所用的时间几乎是瞬间的)

The radar water level sensor is a 26GHz high frequency radar water level measuring instrument, measuring up to 70 meters. The antenna is further optimized, and new fast microprocessors can perform signal analysis and processing at higher rates, allowing the meter to be used in very complex measurement conditions.

The radar water level meter uses high-frequency microwave pulses to emit relatively narrow microwave pulses, which are transmitted down through the antenna. After the microwave touches the surface of the measured medium, it is reflected back, and is received by the antenna system again and transmitted to the electronic circuit part to automatically convert the water level signal. (Because microwaves travel so fast, the time it takes for the microwave to reach the target and bounce back to the receiver is almost instantaneous.)

选择合适的测量位置,优选有较好的代表性如河道中部,周围没有遮挡物,尽可能避开回流、水流情况复杂的地方;安装时,根据水位计的波束角与高度计算仪表安装支架横臂的长度。(最小距离为 200mm)

Choose a suitable measurement location, preferably with good representation such as the middle of the river, there is no shelter around, as far as possible to avoid backflow, water flow complex places;During installation, the length of the transverse arm of the instrument mounting bracket is calculated according to the beam Angle and height of the water level gauge. (Minimum distance is 200mm)

MDR-3310H雷达水位计安装注意事项/Radar water level gauge Installation precautions
1、在安装前请确认包装箱内的设备完好,所有的部件都齐备。

2、立杆水泥墙面或基座,需要先安装膨胀螺丝(胀螺丝的安装孔位需要和立杆底座一致),然后安装支架

3、水位计在安装使用过程中,接线操作不规范,可能会影响水位计防水性能,规范水位计线缆接线,请以具体设备为准。

4、在搬运水位计时,请保证轻拿轻放避免磕碰设备喇叭口和仪表盘上玻璃罩,否则可能会影响水位计防水性能或设备故障等问题。

1. Before installation, please make sure that the equipment in the packing box is intact and all the components are ready.

2, vertical cement wall or base, need to install the expansion screw first (expansion screw installation holes need to be consistent with the vertical rod base), and then install the support

3. During the installation and use of the water level gauge, the wiring operation is not standard, which may affect the waterproof performance of the water level gauge.

4. When handling the water level meter, ensure that you handle it gently to avoid bumping the horn of the equipment and the glass cover on the instrument panel. Otherwise, the waterproof performance of the water level meter or equipment failure may be affected.
