MDR-SCD-10-Q 取料机断链保护装置是针对桥式刮板取料机 / 耙架式取料机等沿轨道做往复直线运动的设备而开发设计的。取料机正常工作时，其从动轴随主动轴一同往复旋转，从动轴保持某一转速，当断链、断带、打滑等故障发生时，其从动轴转速大辐下降甚至为零。断链保护装置监测从动轴转速，当从动轴转速于设定值（从动轴正常转速的80）时，断链保护器动作，输出一开关信号，用于控制驱动电机停止运行，从而保护设备，并发出声光警示，提示操作人员处理故障。

The chain break protection device monitors the rotational speed of the driven shaft. When the rotational speed of the driven shaft reaches the set value (80% of the normal rotational speed of the driven shaft), the chain break protector activates, outputting a switch signal to control the driving motor to stop running, thereby protecting the equipment and issuing audible and visual warnings to alert the operator to handle the fault.

The SCD-10 chain breaker will lock itself when it operates. At this time, even if the speed sensor has normal pulse input, the protector is in alarm protection state.
