MDR-3002固定式氢气浓度检测仪

         固定式氢气浓度检测仪MDR-3002是一款基于团簇阵列中的量子隧穿效应的固定式氢气传感器，响应氢气浓度变化的时间小于两秒。本固定式氢气浓度传感器采用自然扩散的检测方式，能检测各种不同环境下的氢气浓度。本固定式氢气浓度传感器采用新型技术生产，具有响应速度快，恢复时间短，抗干扰能力强，功耗低等特点，在性能上获得了突破性的提高，为氢气相关行业的氢检测带来巨大的改变。
      The fixed hydrogen concentration sensor MDR-3002 is a hydrogen sensor based on quantum tunneling effect in cluster array. Its response time is less than two seconds. The fixed hydrogen concentration sensor adopts the natural diffusion detection mode. It can detect the hydrogen concentration in different environments. The fixed hydrogen concentration sensor is produced by a new technology, which has the characteristics of fast response, short recovery time, strong anti-interference ability, low power consumption, etc. It has achieved breakthrough improvement in performance, bringing great changes to hydrogen detection in hydrogen related industries.

安装位置/Installation position

        探测器安装在被检测气体易泄漏场所，安装位置根据被检测气体相对于空气比重大小决定。检测比空气重的气体，探测器应靠近泄漏点，安装高度应距地面0.3～0.6m，且传感器部位向下。检测比空气轻的气体时，探测器应靠近泄漏点安装，高度距离天花板0.3-0.6m处，且传感器部位向下。
        The detector is installed in a place where the detected gas is easy to leak, and the installation position is determined by the specific gravity of the detected gas relative to the air. For detecting gases heavier than air, the detector should be close to the leak point, installed 0.3 to 0.6m above the ground, and the sensor position should be downward. When detecting gases lighter than air, the detector should be installed close to the leak point, 0.3-0.6m from the ceiling, and the sensor position should be downward.

接线说明/Wiring instructions

        1. 探测器属防爆电气产品，施工人员应具有相应的资质/The detector is an explosion-proof electrical product, and the construction personnel should have the corresponding qualifications
        2. 探测器外壳有接地标志，应可靠接地/The detector shell has a grounding mark and should be grounded reliably
        3. 拧开探测器上盖，取下显示电路板/Unscrew the detector cover and remove the display circuit board
        4. 取下插接式连接器，按下图所示接线/Remove the connector and connect the cables as shown in the following figure
        5. 确认无误后将插接式连接器插到线路板对应的位置/Insert the plug-in connector to the corresponding position on the circuit board
